Ordering process
Are you looking for a particular product but can't quite find it? Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
Stock status
Items in stock can be delivered the next working day if ordered before 15:00 (this applies to shipments in the Netherlands). We ship parcels Monday through Friday with GLS. If a product is not in stock, an estimated delivery time is indicated. This delivery time is almost always correct, but we cannot guarantee it. If the delivery of an order will take longer, we will let you know. You may then cancel the order free of charge. If you want to know the exact delivery time in advance, for example in connection with a diving holiday, please contact us.
Placing an order
- Add the desired items to your shopping basket and press order;
- Check your basket and press continue ordering;
- Fill in your name and address details if necessary. Your address is checked in NL based on postcode and house number;
- You can provide an alternative delivery address;
- Choose a payment method;
- Check the order;
- Add a comment if desired;
- Complete the order by pressing buy. The order is ready!
- We will do the further handling and send the package
Change or cancel your order
Would you like to change or cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can make the change before the parcel goes in the post.
