Warranty
In the exceptional case that a warranty claim needs to be made, efforts will be made to take care of this as soon as possible.
The item in question, together with the proof of purchase (handwritten receipts will not be accepted) and the orange (fully completed) guarantee card must be returned to the address of purchase. In the absence of the proof of purchase and the guarantee card, no guarantee can be granted. The item will be treated as a repair.
Don't forget to include a clear description of the fault. This will speed up the handling process. The seller will take care of further warranty handling.
Repairs of Sealife products can be dropped off at any Sealife dealer. For repairs, a quotation is always given in advance. In case of repairs, examination costs are always charged. These inspection costs are included in the price of the repair quotation. When repaired products are returned, they will be charged separately.
It is not possible to submit warranty claims or repairs directly to Sealife Benelux B.V..
